ABOUT ME
An experienced professional. I have spent the last 17 years honing my skills and continuously evolving myself. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to consulting and coaching, and that's why I have learned the importance of continous vertical development.
I aim to empower teams and individuals to innovate by encouraging experimentation and embracing failure as a learning opportunity. I have held various roles throughout my career, including analyst, manager, scrum master, product owner, agile coach, and trainer. The diverse experience has given me a deep understanding of the different perspectives within an organization and how to foster strong relationships with each part of the system.
One of my strengths is my social awareness, which allows me to see the untapped potential in individuals and teams. I greatly enjoy helping them discover and develop their hidden talents and capabilities. It's a fulfilling journey to witness their growth and transformation into the best version of themselves, even if it means stepping out of their comfort zones.
